Abstract: | 本公司為擁有獨立研究所之菇類綜合企業,廣泛進行從菌種開發到栽培技術研究,以及機能性研究等各領域的研究開發。本公司在日本國內已擁有29間工廠,生產四種菇類,年產量約為六萬五千噸。在台灣則目前生產兩種菇類,年產量約為一千兩百噸,但失敗率極低。關於如何持續穩定栽培菇類,我們認為栽培管理是最為重要的。藉由將所有的生產流程機械化、體制化,讓生產員無論是誰都能順利地進行作業。當然另一方面,主要的生產程序上也就更增加了由人來控管的重要性。 Hokuto Corporation is one of the comprehensive mushroom producers having its own research center, in which, seeds, cultivation technologies, functions and other categories related to mushrooms’ R&D has been broadly conducted. Hokuto currently owns 29 facilities throughout Japan, with its 4 main products, annually producing about 6.5 thousand tons of mushrooms. Similarly in Hokuto’s Taiwanese subsidiary, offering 2 main products and featured with its state-of-the-art low product damage rate, Hokuto Taiwan has annual production capacity about 1.2 thousand tons. From Hokuto’s perspective, production management is the most crucial ingredient in order to maintain steady-quality mushroom growing. Although it is essential to automate and standardize production processes, it is still very important to have human controls in major production lines. |
