Control of Bacterial Blotch of Mushroom

利用瀘紙產生抑利圈及液體稀釋定九種殺菌劑之藥效，結果顯示其中之struptomycin及oxytetracycline對洋菇細菌性褐菇病菌（Pseudomonad tolaasi）具有良好的抑制效果，而對洋菇菌絲生長無影響。菇床試驗方面，將400 ppm之qxytetracycline第一次覆土混合使用，第二次於出菇前使用時，則有85%之防治效果；而ozyteracycline及streptomycin 400ppm使用二次時則分別有82%及81%之防治效果，第一次吏用在出菇前一星期噴洒於菇床，經過兩星期後再作第二次噴洒。streptomycin噴洒後10天在菇體殘留量為10ppm，而oxytetracycline在噴洒後第8天亦具有相同之殘留量，但上述藥劑分別於第12天及第10天後則均無法分析到。
Nine bactericides were tested by paper disc inhibition and turbidimetric assessments. The results indicated that streptomycin and oxytetracycline produced an effective inhibition of Pseudomonas to!aasi, without any adverse effect on the mycelial growth of Agaricu,y bisporus. The test of bactericide residues on mushroom fruiting bodies with Bacillus cereus var. mycoides (I. F. O. 3015) showed that oxytetracycline and streptomycin had no effect on hurnan health. A bed test showed that the controi percentage of bacterial blotch was 85% when oxytetracycline 400 ppm was first mixed with casing soil and then sprayed on the surface of beds before the formation of fruiting bodies. Two sprays of oxytctracycline 400 ppm and streptomycin 400 ppm onto the beds gave and of control, respectively, the first spray was given before pinhead formation, and the second one two weeks later. The residues of streptomycin and oxytetracycline on fruiting bodies were 10 ppm in ten days and ID ppm in eight days after spraying, respectively; no residuccs or both were detectable after twelve and ten days, respectively.
