Keywords: | 長毛根蟎;生活史;分布;寄主植物;Rhizoglyphus setosus;life cycle;distribution;host plant | Issue Date: | Dec-2002 | Publisher: | 中華植物保護學會 | Journal Volume: | 44 | Journal Issue: | 4 | Start page/Pages: | 341-352 | Source: | 植物保護學會會刊 | Abstract: | 長毛根蟎（Rhizoglyphus setosus Manson）於28℃定溫下供以人工飼料，自卵發育至成蟎約需8日，雌蟎之卵期、幼蟎期、第一若蟎期及第三若蟎期之發育時間分別為1.93日、1.86日、2.36日及2.21日，雄蟎分別需時1.93日、1.91日、2.21日及2.12日。體長及體寬均隨發育齡期增長而增加。雌、雄成蟎壽命分別為23.79日及23.30日。雌成蟎產卵期在交尾後第6日達到高峰，每隻雌成蟎一生平均產202.14粒卵，平均每日產7.95粒。其雌、雄成蟎之性比為3.31：1。自1994年6月至2002年5月調查長毛根蟎在臺灣地區之分布，結果發現其主要分布於中南部及東部地區，其為害之作物有12科23種之多，其中新記錄寄主植物高達17種。 |
