The Russian agricultural privatization program was intended to run privately owned farms since 1991. Market-oriented economic reforms have accelerated in Russia. Today, on the transition period of Russia economic development the problematics of development of agricultural production and sustainable life-support connected to life and activity of the population of rural territories, seems urgent, very difficult and inconsistent. It¡¦s basic components include: Development of full market attitudes; The achievement of high level of efficiency in agricultural production of Russia ensuring food security; Formation of socio-economic conditions of life and activity of the rural population adequate to the modem requirements; Development of organic agriculture: Agricultural tourism; Landscape agriculture; Protection of natural resources and environment.
