Abstract: | 現代作物生產多利用荷爾蒙類及/或化學肥料等誘導快速的作物生理轉變,達到增加產量及產品品質的目的,但該等化學資材不符合有機及永續農業的規範。功能性有機資材係針對作物生長期中特定的生理需求與表現而開發的產品。開發及綜合利用有機的荷爾蒙前置物或類荷爾蒙,配合標的作物之生理、生長狀態、土壤肥力、氣候條件、施用及收穫部位、生長季節、生產者的專業知識與經驗,即時及適當的施用方兢其功。因此本文簡介及時的「生理管理」觀念,依作物生長狀態與產品雕塑/營造需求,及時有效利用有限的有機資材,如腐黃酸,枯草桿菌、幾丁質、光合作用動能劑、增艷劑、物理性離子殺菌液及葉蟎天敵溫氏捕植蟎等,經資材間相容性、整體性及全面性之考量與施用技術整合,提高單位生產力及產品品質,方能達到現代有機作物生產的經濟要求,才能真正落實有機農業的發展及永續願景。 Productivity and quality of agriculture produces were secured with applications of hormones, chemical pesticides and fertilizers in conventional agriculture production system during past decades. These practices did not meet the regulation and/or requirements of organic and sustainable agriculture, although they were profitable. Functional organic materials and physical pesticide-organic fertilizers, regulator analogues and cation fungicide, were developed to practice a physiological manipulation of plant growths and diseases control. Developing hormonal precursors and/or hormonal analogues, I integrated accordingly the functional organic materials to plant growth patterns, soil fertilization, temporal and seasonal weather, and harvested/utilized portion of the produces. The use of the materials needs also a well trained, educated and experienced farmer with delicate minds to apply the exact amount of materials on time. Physiological management of crops for organic production is therefore introduced. In additional to plant growth pattern, I applied compatibly the environmental friendly materials, like humic fulvic acid, Bacillus subtilis, bioactive chitin, photogent (photosynthetic enhancing agent), phycolorant (Color contrasting agent), cation and predatory mites to produce pesticide-free organic produces with designed quality of the harvests-the modern organic and sustainable agriculture production. I demonstrated the feasible ways of producing the materials which were acceptable in organic production system. I also showed the ways of integrating the materials and how they were implemented in compatible ways, to enhance the productivity of crops and to prduce a higher quality of organic produces. Consequently, I show how can the procurement of organic agriculture practices be achieved by adopting the techniques of using functional organic materials that will lead us to the goal of sustainable agriculture. |
