dc.description.abstract本試驗旨在測試天然殺線蟲劑Sincocin及DiTera在實驗室中對於南方根瘤線蟲二齡幼蟲致死率及線蟲卵孵化率的影響,並評估田間應用的可能性。試驗結果顯示,Sincocin測試不同稀釋濃度之處理,其南方根瘤線蟲卵孵化率(egg hatch)在31.8%至58.4%之間,二齡幼蟲致死率在16.0%至45.6%之間,而測試DiTera之卵孵化率則在14.0%至41.4%之間,二齡幼蟲致死率在13.6%至79.8%之間,只加無菌水的對照組其卵孵化率為59.4%,二齡幼蟲致死率為14.4%。以Sincocin不同比例添加於土壤中的處理,其根瘤指數在1.2至2.6之間,DiTera處理者在0.4至2.4之間,只加無菌水的對照組為2.6,另外添加殺線蟲劑-毆殺滅(Oxamyl)者為0。在每一百公克土壤中線蟲數量方面,Sincocin處理分別在24.2隻至34.6隻之間,DiTera處理則在9.6隻至13.6隻之間,而添加殺線蟲劑-毆殺滅(Oxamyl)的處理為3.6隻及只加無菌水的對照組其線蟲數為59.8隻。對於植株生長的影響,天然殺線蟲劑處理之間其植株地上部乾重量、根部乾重量、及植株高度差異不大,但和添加殺線蟲劑-毆殺滅(Oxamyl)及只加無菌水的對照組之地上部乾重量、根部乾重量、及植株高度則有明顯的差異。 The efficacy of Sincocin and DiTera for controlling of southern root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita has been conducted in vitro and greenhouse condition. The result showed that Sincocin and DiTera could reduce nematode hatching rate and kill second juvenile in vitro. Moreover, the greenhouse test showed that Sincocin and DiTera also could inhibit the production of root knot and reduce the population of second juvenile in the treated soil, but less effectiveness compared to oxamyl. Due to consideration of low-cost and high-effectiveness, the market of Sincocin and DiTera in Taiwan could be small and pessimistic.en_US
