本研究係試驗研製田間稻稈進料、擠壓成型及出料等一貫化作業機械,供為衍生性燃料之製作與應用。目前完成之臥式單腔體擠壓成型機雛型,以可程式控制器(PLC)驅動油壓組件進行14-16次進料之預擠壓及1次壓實、出料之全擠壓,經初步測試結果顯示,預擠壓及全擠壓每次作業時間分別需要8.15、14.42 sec,若不計算其他如油壓缸延遲退後等耗時項目,則擠壓腔體最大容量的作業時間約2.3分鐘;而稻稈擠壓前後之體積壓縮比值為7.8,但與擠壓作業進料量、成品緊密度等,皆有很大的差異性。
The purpose of this research is to study and develop a rice straw extruder consists of feeding, extruding & molding and discharging, as the production of Refuse Derived Fuel from rice straw. It is assembled a prototype of horizontal single-chamber extruding and molding machine, which is driven by the PLC and hydraulic devices to guide 14-16 times pre-extrusion (feeding) and a full-extrusion (compacting and discharging). Preliminary test results show that each working time of the pre-extrusion and full-extrusion required 8.15 sec and 14.42 sec, respectively. Without considering other work items, such as the hydraulic cylinder delay back, the maximum capacity chamber operating time of about 2.3 minutes. The volume compression ratio is approximately 7.8 times before and after rice straw extruded, but it is very different from the feeding amount of extrusion, product density and so on.
