dc.description.abstract | 本研究擬開發一套可資利用的薑採收機械,將採收作業機械化與自動化,減少農民勞力輸出,提升田間收穫作業的工作效率,增加薑產業競爭力,提高農民經濟所得,並達到農業輕勞力化,吸引年輕一代從事農業工作。研究初期將開發機構(械)分成動力底盤、破土機構以及夾持機構等三個部分,利用繪圖軟體建構模型,並利用機構模擬軟體進行動作模擬,以減少設計所需耗費之金錢與時間。預期能研製一套應用於田間作業的薑收穫機械,提升採收作業的效率,達到農業輕勞力化,吸引年輕一代從事農業,解決農村高齡化與勞力不足問題,應變未來大面積田區栽植勢趨,提升台灣薑農的產業競爭力。
The study is to develop a ginger harvester, with mechanization and automation harvesting processes, it saves farmer’s labor and improve efficiency of harvesting. It increases the competition and economic income for the farmers of ginger industry. It’s labor-saving attract younger to agriculture. Developmental mechanism segment three sections in initial processes, power chassis, ground-breaking mechanism and clamping mechanism. We use CAD software to building models and simulation software to simulate motion, it can time-saving and money-saving.
