dc.description.abstractFruits and vegetables are vital for a healthy diet. Both are low in energy and packed with fibers, viltamins, minerals and a lot of beneficial phytochemicals. Due to their nutritional and health benefits, fruit and vegetables are recommended to form the basis of our daily dietry. Studies further suggest that fruit and vegetables should be incorporated into every meal, with a minimum intake of five protions each day.en_US
