| dc.description.abstract | 荔枝在臺灣的種植面積達12,000公頃，每年約可生產90,000公噸，是臺灣相當重要的果樹之一。荔枝產業最大的問題在於「產期過於集中」，每年6~7月是荔枝盛產期，剛上市時價格可飆到每公斤130~180元，但隨著產量的增加，價格快速下降至每公斤15~30元，造成果農收益重大損失。近年來，荔枝外銷市場受到中國大陸競爭而逐漸萎縮，加上荔枝產期集中且不耐貯運，使國內市場產銷壓力更大。為疏緩國內市場產銷壓力，因應市場全球化之趨勢，即時調整生產策略以維持市場競爭力，實為刻不容緩的事情。 | en_US |
