| dc.description.abstract | 豇豆 [Vigna unguiculata (L.) WaIp.]為豆科 (Fabaceae/Leguminosae)豇豆屬(Vigna)一年生蔓性草本植物，目前所有的栽培種均隸屬於亞種ssp. unguiculata栽培種豇豆通常可再細分為四群(group): 1. Biflora (cylindrical) Group一短豇豆、2. Sesquipedalis Group一長豇豆、3. Unguiculata Group一黑眼豆及4. Textilis Group。其中長豇豆(V. unguiculatassp. unguicu/ataSesquipedalis Group)耐熱、耐濕，營養價值高，主要以嫩莢供食，除作鮮莢外，亦嫡於製作豆莢干或冷凍加工，是臺灣重要夏季蔬菜之一，盛產期在4~9月，通常可分為有青皮、白皮、紅皮及花皮等四種系統，以青皮與白皮系統栽培較為普遍。依據台灣農業統計年報，100~103年年平均產量達1,1079.8公噸•主要產區為屏東縣、高雄市、雲林縣及彰化縣，其中以屏東縣產軍最高。 | en_US |
