Abstract
114年度建構熱帶作物永續管理研究成果研討會專刊，彙整農業試驗所鳳山分所同仁過去一年的研究成果，內容涵蓋：番荔枝、小番茄及無花果之育種、抗病表現與生理特性探討；花椰菜、番石榴、印度棗、蘿蔔及番木瓜之栽培技術與永續經營模式；以及榴槤、番茄與苦瓜之病蟲害調查與防治技術。本專刊期望透過整合多元資源，從品種育成、栽培管理至採後加工，提供全方位技術支援，攜手促進臺灣熱帶園藝產業之永續發展。
The《Proceedings of the 2025 Symposium on Research Achievements of the Fengshan Tropical Horticultural Experiment Branch, Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute》 compiles the research achievements of the Fengshan Branch over the past year. The proceedings include studies on breeding, disease resistance, and the physiology of sugar apple, cherry tomato, and fig; cultivation techniques and sustainable management models for cauliflower, guava, Indian jujube, radish, and papaya; as well as investigations and control strategies for pests and diseases affecting durian, tomato, and bitter gourd. This publication aims to integrate diverse resources—from variety development and cultivation management to post-harvest processing—in order to provide comprehensive technical support and promote the sustainable development of Taiwan’s tropical horticulture industry.
