Abstract
In recent years, the technology of variety identification and seed purity had great progress. Variety identification using morphological traits has been gradually replaced by the biochemical and molecular technologies owing to the performance of morphological traits, which are usually affected by the environmental factor. The mainly adopted technologies in biochemical level are isozymes and storage protein.
