Abstract
以12 個新近育成落花生優良新品系(農育55～58 號、花育21～24 號、南改系175～178號)，以及1 個對照品種(台南14 號)，合計13 個品系(種)為參試材料。於96～97 年期秋作分別在台灣5個落花生主產區鄉鎮(雲林崙背、雲林北港、雲林土庫、雲林四湖、花蓮光復)設置試區進行試驗，測試新品系產量潛力及其穩定性，提供命名新品種用。96～97 年期秋作落花生新品系區域試驗結果，由於2 年均遭受颱風影響，產量普遍偏低，平均公頃莢果只有南改系177 號(2,337kg)顯著高於對照種台南14 號(1,957kg)，其莢果產量(b =0.993)、籽粒產量(b =1.038)、株高(b = 1.092)、倒伏等級(b=0.989)、銹病等級(b=0.978)、籽粒油份含量(b=0.856)及籽粒蛋白質含量(b=0.877)皆呈穩定性佳。
The regional yield trial was conducted at five locations in Taiwan during the fall crops between 2007 to 2008. Thirteen lines that are Nung-yu 55 to 58, Hua-yu 21 to 24, Nan-kai-si 175 to 178 and the check cultivars (Tainan No. 14) were evaluated for yielding potential, better quality and adaptability. The results from stability analysis found that new line, Nan-kai-si 177 out yielded the standard check - Tainan No. 14 with 1,957 kg/ha of mean pod yield. The best line, Nan-kai-si 177 was significantly comparable to Tainan No. 14 by 19.4 % in pod yield. The stability analysis of pod yield (b = 0.993), seed yield (b = 1.038)、plant high (b = 1.092)、lodging scale (b = 0.989) and rust scale(b = 1.058) are good.
