Thirteen lines that are Nung-yu 55 to 58, Hua-yu 21 to 24, Nan-kai-si 175 to 178 and the check cultivars (Tainan No. 14) were evaluated for yielding potential, better quality and adaptability. The results from stability analysis found that new line, Nan-kai-si 177 out yielded the standard check - Tainan No. 14 with 1,957 kg/ha of mean pod yield. The best line, Nan-kai-si 177 was significantly comparable to Tainan No. 14 by 19.4 % in pod yield. The stability analysis of pod yield (b = 0.993), seed yield (b = 1.038)、plant high (b = 1.092)、lodging scale (b = 0.989) and rust scale(b = 1.058) are good. |
