在嘉南、屏東兩地區之綠蘆筍園分期採收嫩莖，分析其葉綠素及鈣、鎂、錳、鋅、銅含量，並分析土壤，以討葉綠素含量與微量要素及土壤性質間之關係。
Green asparagus spears were collected from Chiayi-Tainan and Pingtung areas in different seasons and analyzed for the chlorophyll, Ca, Mg, Mn, Zn and Cu contents. Soil samples were also collected from the asparagus farms and their properties examined.
