Abstract
適當地決定田間試驗設計之試區大小及重複次數，可提高試驗處理比較之準確度。試區太小及重複次數太少，試驗結果將不可靠；但倘試區太大及重複次數太多，則會浪費時間及資源。本研究目的在以臺灣省農業試驗所進行之稻作均度試驗，估計最適的試區大小及重複次數。Efficient testing of treatment differences in field experiments depends on experimental precision. Agronomists constantly have to face the decision of the optimum choice of plot size and replicates number to achieve the best efficiency for their experiments. Too samll plots and replicates may give unreliable results; unnecessarily large plots and replicates waste time and resources.
