Abstract: 
本試驗分析青江菜(Brassica chinensis L.)及所施用肥料之氮同位素組成(δ15N),以評估此透過氮同位素分析的方法是否能成為有機蔬菜的認證技術之一。本試驗共有四種處理,包括對照組(CK)、有機肥組(OF)、化肥組(CF),及有機肥與化肥混用組(OC)。
This study was to evaluate whether the isotopic technique can be used as one of the certified methods that discern organic vegetables by analyzing the nitrogen isotope composition (δ15N) of Pak-choi (Brassica chinensis L.) and the fertilizer applied. Four fertilization treatments including control (CK), organic fertilizer (OF), chemical fertilizer (CF), and combined use of organic and chemical fertilizers (OC) were performed.
