Abstract

爲研究ABA對於百合鱗片葉發育形態之影響，以台灣百合(F)、鐵炮百合(L)、東方型百合栽培種'Casa Blanca' (CA)及群間雜交種F×CA及L×CA爲材料，利用ABA、Fluridone及糖於試管內進行研究。 To investigate the effects of exogenous ABA on the development of scale leaf, four different clones of L. formosanum (F), L. longiflorum (L), oriental hybrid 'Casa Blanca' and related distant hybrids (F×CA, L×CA) were in vitro cultured under different ABA, Fluridone and sugar concentration.
