Abstract
於室內分別使用直接噴佈、藥膜及苦瓜浸藥等三種方法，測定十種藥劑對瓜實蠅(Bactrocera cucurbitae Coquillett)之毒效。以直接噴佈及藥膜法測定時，馬拉松、大利松、大滅松、撲滅松、陶斯松、芬殺松及第滅寧對瓜實蠅之致死率於處理後4小時內達100%。 Ten insecticides were assayed in the laboratory for toxicity to the melon fly (Bactrocera cucurbitae) by spray tower method, residue film method, and bitter gourd dipping method. Spray and residue film tests showed that malathion, diazinon, dimethoate, fenitrothion, chlorprrifos, fenthion, and deltamethrin caused 100% death of flies in 4 hr after treatment.
