本試驗以台農69號與越光雜交所得的160個F(下標 2:4)衍生品系為材料,利用135個具多型性的分子標誌來建構一個稉型稻的分子圖譜,以釐定與褐飛蝨抗性相關的基因。藉由不同年度綜合的變方分析,估算此族群對褐飛蝨抗性的廣義遺傳率(h^2(下標 B))是73.9%。
To detect genes associated with resistance to rice brown planthopper (BPH), linkage map of japonica rice constructed by 160 F(subscript 2:4) lines of TNG 69 x Koshihikari population and 135 molecular markers were used. According to the combined analysis of variance across years, the estimated broad sense heretability (h^2(subscript B)) of resistance to BPH was 73.9%.
