Abstract
香菇切柄機之設計包含單一化處理、自動定向及迥轉切刀等三項主要處理單元。單一化處理單元為速比1:2:4之三層式增速輸送帶分離裝置，香菇由上層輸送帶落至下層輸送帶之過程產生距離放大，於輸送流程中香菇個體自然分離。
The stalk cutting machine for shiitakes consists of three major components- a singularizing feeder, an orientating unit and a cutter set. Through the three floor singularizing feeder with a designed conveyor speed ratio of 1:2:4, the processed shiitakes falling down from the upper floor to the lower floor are displaced at increasing amounts to separate with adjacent ones.
