本研究以金針菇自動化生產設備,進行杏鮑菇栽培期間利用超音波噴霧器,以定時器控制加溼間隔與時間及以溼度感應控制器,控制出菇室之溼度,在栽培用菌種去皮後蓋回瓶蓋與不蓋兩處理下,對杏鮑菇自動化生產影響之研究。
Study on the effect of two different methods for controlling humidification on the production of the king oyster mushroom [Pleurotus eryngii (DC.:Fr.) Quél] was conducted. When the cultivation spawn bottles were not capped after bottle neck treatment and supersonic humidifier was used, no significant differences in both yield and biological efficiency were found between controlling the operation of the humifier with a timer and with a humidity controller installed with a humidity sensor.
