青割玉米單雜交種台農三號之育成

Abstract

新育成青割玉米品種台農3號為單雜交種，由自交系SW646及UH13雜交而成。母本SW646自泰國Kasetsart農業大學引進，係抗露菌病種原Suwan-1DMR經自交分離至S5所育成之自交系，屬硬粒種，抗普通型銹病、葉斑病、煤紋病、毒素病及露菌病，莖葉茂盛，具高產潛力；父本UH13係由美國夏威夷大學引進之自交系77-4544經純化選出者，屬馬齒種，一般組合力高，抗普通型銹病、葉斑病、莖腐病、煤紋病、毒素病及露菌病，且具抗倒伏之特性。 Tainung No.3 is a single-cross forage maize hybrid. Its parental inbreds are SW646 and UH13. The female parent SW646 is a flint selected from the inbreeding progenies of Suwan-1 DMR introduced from Thailand Kasetsart University. The SW646 is resistant to commom rust, southern corn and northern corn leaf blight, downy mildew and MDMV-B when it was screened under growth chamber conditions.
