Abstract: 
本試驗以蒐集之番椒屬(Capsicum)44個種原,含5個馴化栽培種(C. annuum, C. baccatun, C. chinense, C. frutescens, C. pubescens)與3個野生種(C. chacoense, C. praetermissum, C. eximiun),探討利用逢機增殖多型性DNA(RAPD)標誌,進行「種」的鑑別與遺傳歧異性之研究。A total of 44 collections of pepper (Capsicum.spp.) germplasm, including five domesticated species (C. annuum, C. baccatum, C. chinense, C. frutescens, C. pubescens), and three wild species (C. chacoense, C. praetermissum, C. eximum), were evaluated using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) marker.
