杏鮑菇稻草栽培之研究

Abstract

風乾稻草經切短為一吋左右，加足水份並填加以稻草乾重1%之氫氧化鈣，在不填加任何營養之情形下堆積20天後，裝袋並以95至100℃水煮6小時處理，可做為杏鮑菇(Pleurotus eryngii)之栽培基質。Air-dried rice straw was cut into short pieces about linch in length and watered sufficiently. After being added with calcium hydroxide, the straw was heaped for 20 days without adding any other nutrient. The straw was then filled into minutely perforated plastic bags and soaked in boiling water for 6 hrs. The resulted substrate was found to be able to grow Pleurotus eryngii.
