Abstract
近年來，臺灣地區果菜運銷形成各種不同之通路，無疑地目前經由果菜批發市場交易者仍為最主要之通路。於現行批發市場之營運體系，零批系統是分貨重要的一環，零批作業效率與銷售能力，更關係消費地分散面之發展，面對產地農民之逐漸整合，通路快速變化與發展，消費地批發市場營運面臨挑戰。值此轉型時刻，除市場必須思考如何因應大環境快速變遷外，零批商亦應調整角色，思考如何與市場共存共榮。The marketing of fruits and vegetables has come into a variety of channels in Taiwan recent years. Of which wholesale market is a main one for trade of fruits and vegetables. As regards wholesale market, jobbers is one of key links. Their operative efficiency and sales volumes play an important part in the development of marketing on the consumption area.
