Abstract: 
鑑別自交系間之雜種優勢是玉米育種工作中頗為重要的項目之一,而慎擇檢定親以便獲得最正確的測交結果則是關鍵所在。本研究採用國外引進之七個族群培育而成的63個S5-S6自交系材料,並以臺農1號之兩個親本(TA2808-176及TA3651-377)為自交系檢定親,126個測交種進行田問試驗,調查項目包括吐絲期、穗位高、株高及籽粒產量等四項農藝性狀。The identification of inbred lines which are heterotic to each other is very important in maize breeding program. The choice of tester for an adequate testing always has been a concern. Sixty-three yellow inbred lines at S5-S6 levels of inbreeding derived from seven populations (Antigua syn., Pioneer syn., Suwan-1 (S) C8, RBS10 C3, RSSSC C4, Amarillo Dentado and Amarillo Bajio) were crossed to two inbred line testers (TA2808-176 and TA3651-377).
