Abstract
國家作物種原資訊系統之主要目標為使種原中心運作電腦化，並建立國內種原資料庫，本研究報告主要目的即針對系統硬體架構、系統軟體及應用軟體作詳盡介紹。本系統應用軟體依作業功能之不同區分為基本資料建置與轉檔、入庫、庫存管理、繁殖、分贈及引進、種原特性調查、相關資料查詢、田間資料收集、植物分類學、影像作業、區域網路監控、國外種原資訊系統連線、環境監控13個子系統。目前本系統除可與全國各農業試驗研究單位連線以提供育種者查詢本系統種原資訊外，尚可與美國GRIN系統連線而取得國外種原資訊。The National Plant Genetic Resources Information System (NPGRIS) is aimed to computerize the operation of the National Plant Genetic Resources Center of the R. O. C. and to build up the germplasm information database. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the hardware architecture, operational system and applications of the NPGRIS. The NPGRIS is divided into 13 sub-systems according to the different operational functions.
