Abstract:
The growth of soybean was enhanced by the inoculation with Glomus clarum at the initial inoculum of 50 chlamydospores per plant. The invading hyphae of G. clarum produced appresoria on the root surface of watermelon and soybean at 5 and 9 days after inoculation, respectively.
