本研究用近紅外線光譜儀測定甘藷塊根4種化學成份,結果發現除了澱粉一項外,此種分析方法可有效測定甘藷塊根之蛋白質、可溶性醣、灰分含量,此三種成份迴歸模式之複迴歸決定係數(R2)均達0.94以上,且此三種成份在20個品系的測定中,近紅外線光譜儀與傳統分析法測定值間的差異小,標準偏差亦小,顯示建立之蛋白質、可溶性醣、灰份迴歸模式具有實用價值,可用於需要分析大量樣品之育種工作。The analysis of sweet potato tuber compositions was carried out by the near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS). It was found that, except of starch, the contents of protein, soluble sugars and ash can be measured by the NIRS technique. The R2 values of predictions for these three compositions were all higher than 0.94. Also, the differences and the stand errors of measurements using the conventional chemical method and the NIRS were small in the twenty entries of this study. It indicated that the NIRS with the regression equations can be used as a mass screening tool for breeding programs.
