Stem segments of virus-free sweet potato plants were successfully cultured on a medium containing Murashige and Skoog (MS) inorganic salts supplemented with 0.4mg/l thiamine-HC1, 100mg/l myo-inositol, 1mg/l IAA, 6% sucrose and 0.8% Difco agar. |
