Abstract
穀物水份計的量測性能在農產品加工作業上十分重要。此研究中，以烤箱法所得之含水率為標準值。用以測定紅外線水份計和大發型電阻式水份計之精密性與準確性，所得數據以統計技術加以分析。實驗結果顯示紅外線水份計量測性能受到操作者技術影響。The performance of grain moisture content meter is an important factors on the processing operaion for agricultural products. In this study, the accuracy and precision of measurements form Infrared Ray meter and Da-Far resistant type m. c. meters were tested and analysed by statistical technique. The m. c. values obtained from the Oven method were adopted as the standard values for comparing.
