The experiment work was carried out at Hsinpu, Hsinchu, Taiwan in April 1950. A total sum of 240 citrus trees were used as material. Ponkan (citrus Poonensis) and Tankan (citrus tankan) were harvested in December 1950 and February 1951 respectively. |
