唐菖蒲害蟲之種類與其為害狀況

Abstract

自民國68 年至70 年於本省中部地區進行唐菖蒲（Gladiolus hybrida）害蟲之種類與其為害調查。計發現害蟲14 種，分別屬於5 目，8 科；以及1 種害蟎。其中以斜紋夜蛾（Spodoptera litura）、擬尺蠖（Trichoplusia ni）、切根蟲（Agrotis ypsilon）、大螟（Sesamia inferens）、小白紋毒蛾（Orgyia postica）、臺灣黃毒蛾（Euproctis taiwana）、球莖蟎（Rhizoglyphus robini）等為害較嚴重。本文分別敘述討論各類害蟲之發生時期、生活習性以及為害特性等。 Surveys on the insect pests on gladiolus (Gladiolus hybrida) were carried out from 1979 to 1981 in central Taiwan. Forteen species of insects belonging to eight families in five orders, and one species of mite were found. Among them, army worm (Spodoptera litura), cabbage looper (Trichoplusia ni)), cut worm (Agrotis ypsilon), rice swarming caterpillar (Sesamia inferens), tussock moth (Euproctis taiwana) and bulb mite (Rhizoglyphus robini) damage more seriously than the other species. This paper presents the results of investigations on type of damage, habits of feeding, and time of occurrenece of the gladiolus insect pests.
