Abstract: | 楊桃果實在10℃以下即可減緩品質劣變,但失水問題則需防止。在外銷處理上,無論是品種(馬來西亞種除外)、季節、地區及成熟度,皆能接受低溫檢疫處理(1℃,14日):且在模擬船運中,無論長程(23日)或短程(7日)在5℃下皆能保有良好品質,但需加強包裝設計以防止擦壓傷。 Carambolas have been commercially grown in Taiwan for many years and production has increased rapidly in recent years. The deterioration rate of fruit decreases when the fruits are stored at 10℃. The weight loss is of great commercial importance because the postharvest shelf life of the fruit is limited by increase water loss than 2%. There are no difference in variety ( except var. Malaysia), period, location and maturity when the fruits are treated with low-temperature quarantine (1℃ , l4days) for exportation. The fruits must be stored at 5℃ during transportation and storage. |
