Abstract
南部地區印度棗遭星天牛〔AnoplPhora maculata ( Thompson )〕 為害，隨樹齡之增長而增加，被害株率介於4.23-18.75%之間，其中5-7 年生棗樹被害率低於10%，10-13 年生者介於10-15%，15-20 年生高於15%，樹幹遭星天牛幼蟲為害部位以離地面45 cm 以下最多，樹齡愈長，被害部擴及枝幹。於4-8 月間，每個月噴施一次Furadan 40.64% F 稀釋100 倍液於株幹上，可有效防止成蟲產卵為害。
White spotted longicorn beetle, Anoplophora maculata (Thompson) attacked the indian jujube, Zizyphus mauritiana L. was a positive correlation with age of trees in southern Taiwan. The percentage of infestations were below 10 % on 5-7 years old trees, 10 to 15% on 10-13 years old trees, and over 15% on 15-20 years old trees, respectively. The positions which the beetle’s larvae took place on indian jujube trunks were mostly under 45cm from the ground and rised with the age of plants.
It can be efficiently prevented the adult of white spotted longicorn beetle from laying egg on the trunk of indian jujube, to spray carbofuran 40.64% F. which can be diluted 100 times with water, one a month from April to August.
