Abstract
(一) 施用255~377公升/公頃D-D之鐘麻根瘤線蟲病防治結果已詳載於第一報，為明瞭255~377公升/公頃D-D的藥效持續期間及經濟的用量，進行數項試驗，其結果報告如下。 (二) 43年5月11日施用255~377公升/公頃D-D之跡地，於44年4月28日播種鐘麻，其生育情形均不良，株高僅達127.64~140.4公分，且均罹嚴重的根瘤線蟲病。在臺南，根瘤線蟲病發生嚴重之地，255~377公升/公頃之D-D藥效不能維持1年以上，祇能供1期作物保護之用。
This paper gives the results of the experiments on the residual effect and effects of D-D mixture on nematode root knot carried out in Tainan Experiment Station, Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute China, in 1955. 1. Kenaf was seeded on April 28th., 1955, in the experimental farm where D-D mixture had been applied in the previous year (May 11th.) at the rates of 255, 322 and 377 lits. per hectare. Four months after seeding, the height of plants in the plots treated with D-D was 136.9-141.05 cm. and 127.65 cm. in the control, and the disease index was 95-96.83 and 100, respectively.
