爲明瞭水田中各種不同形態鉀素對水稻之鉀素吸收與鉀肥效應的關係；土壤中非交換性鉀蘊藏量對鉀缺乏臨界濃度影響的程度，並比較新興的電超濾注（EUF法）測鉀與慣用的有效鉀、交換性鉀測定法之優劣，選取本省中、南部各形態鉀含量相差懸殊的土壤，包括粘板岩、砂頁岩及兩者之混合沖積土，臺灣粘土等共十九種，進行盆栽試驗。鉀肥處理分0、50及100ppm K共三等級，氮、磷肥用量依足量供給，每盆用土三公斤，種植水稻三株，重複四次，共228盆依逢機區集法排列於溫室，於72年一期作種值水稻一作，To clarify the forms of soil potassium absorbed by the rice plant and their relation with the yield response of paddy rice, as well as to estimate the influence of soil non-exchangeable K content on the critical level of the more easily available sources of soil K for rice, a greenhouse experiment was conducted in the 1st crop, 1983. Ninteen soils including different soil groups with a wide range of potassium content were used, Three levels of fertilizer-K were applied, i. e., 0, 50, and 100ppm, each with 4 replicates. N and K fertilizers were applied in sufficient amount. 3kgs of soil were used in each pot. A total of 228 pots were arranged in the greenhouse in a randomized complete block design.
