Abstract

本試驗為明瞭幾種殺菌劑對稻熱病病原菌之制菌力及抑制菌絲之發育而學行。試驗分為圓紙法 ( Paper disk method）及綿線法二種，前者之供試濃度分為；(1）一律按其製品分為5,000; 10,000及20,000倍三種；(2）按各殺菌劑之使用說明書濃度，後者之綿線法之供試濃度與（2）項相同。 The purpose of this experiment was to clarify the inhibitory effectiveness of certain fungicides against the development of P. oryzae. Two different methods, namely, filter paper-disk method and cotton-string method, were employed. The con-centrations of the fungicides applied in the filter paper-disk method were (1) 1:5,000, 1:10,000, 1:20,000 aqueous solution and (2) According to the dosages indicated on the explanations of the use of the fungicides. The concentrations of the fungicides applied in the cotton-string method were the same as in (2) mentioned above. Among the fungicides tested, Fumiron tablet, a recently recommended fungicide, was used as reference treatment.
