Abstract: 
全球栽培基因轉殖植物的面積急速擴增,前三大國家分別為美國、阿根廷及加拿大。針對基因轉殖植物之栽種,各國有不同的管理規範,以評估基因轉殖植物之生物安全及環境影響,本文綜述美國、歐盟、日本及中國之隔離試驗田管理概況,包括管理單位、申請程序、硬體設備如溫室、實驗室、隔離田等相關設施,作為國內相關管理單位及研究人員的參考。
The global area of biotech crops continued to grow for these years. In order of hectarage, USA, Argentina, and Canada are the top three countries growing transgenic crops. For evaluating the safety of genetically engineered plants and ecological risk assessment, regulations were made in different countries. This article overviews the supervision institutions, application procedures for evaluation, special greenhouses for transgenic crops, and equipments and facilities of isolated fields in the United States, European Community, Japan, and China.
