本試驗1951~1960年間,在臺南棉麻試驗分所內農場舉行,先以栽盆試驗,比較D-D(200及400 Ib/acre),Nemagon (5及10. A.g/acre)及E.N.18133(4,8及16 lb/acre)三種藥劑對根瘤線蟲防治效果,以D-D及Nemagon兩種較優,E.N.18133較差,田間使用D-D(200, 300及400 lb/acre),Nemagon(2, 5及10 A.g/acre)及Vapam 4 S(1/4 Quart of vapam in 35 gal. water/100 square feet)三種藥劑,施藥後6個月半,各種藥劑處理區之根瘤線蟲密度很低,尤以Nemagon之高濃度區為量低。各藥劑之藥效持積期閉很短,施藥後9個月(Vapam)及11個月(D-D及Nemagon),根瘤線蟲密度增高,鐘麻纖誰產量僅增加4.09~34.5%,在根瘤線蟲密度高之地,種植甘蔗及甘藷2年半,均不能減少其密度至可栽培易染病作物之程度,而以甘蔗後作地之根瘤蟲密度較甘蔗後作地者為高。
This paper gives the results of the experiments on the effects of some nematocides and root knot nematode population after planting of sugarcane and Sweetpotato. The present experiments were conducted in Tainan Fibre Crops Experirnetit Station, Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute, Taiwan, China, during 1957-1960.
