台梨產業存在的問題及面臨的挑戰有：1.產銷架構與秩序有待重建以避免供過於求。2.氣候不穩定風險及相對生產成本均偏高。3.目前高接梨沒有特色品質參差不齊。4.他項進口水果之競爭與國產他項水果之取代。
The status of pear producing regions and management in Taiwan isn't in line with the future trend, the following structural adjustments should be planned to create a new management style, to develop a large-scale industry。
