Abstract: 
為因應全球氣候變遷行動,臺灣雖然不為京都議定書之締約國,仍應分擔減量責任,減緩氣候變遷的衝擊,並於2015年頒布『溫室氣體減量及管理法』,明訂長期減量目標為2050年碳排放量較2005年減少50%,並預計 2025年前啟動總量管制與碳排放交易制度。In order to respond to global climate change actions, although Taiwan is not a party to the Kyoto Protocol, it should still share the burden of reduction and mitigate the impact of climate change. Taiwan promulgated the "Greenhouse Gas Reduction and Management Law" in 2015, which clearly set a long-term reduction target to reduce carbon emissions by 50% in 2050 compared to 2005.
