Abstract: | 百香果屬西番蓮科(Passifloraceae )西番蓮屬(Passiflora )多年生蔓性植物，由於果實風味豐富，廣受消費者喜好，除了當作果汁原料，近年來鮮食用果品也成為市場上的新寵。臺灣百香果主要栽培品種為｀台農1號´，根據107年農情報告資源網資料顯示，年栽培面積約750公頃，主要產地為南投縣埔里鎮。 |
