Abstract: | 百香果原產於熱帶美洲，屬西番蓮科(Passifloraceae )，西番蓮屬(Passiflora )之多年生蔓性植物，果實內有多數的黑色或褐色的種子，種子外層由假種皮包裹，具有獨特風味，宜人香氣，甜酸適中且色澤艷麗的汁液，使百香果成為廣受歡迎的鮮食水果或各式調味或混合果汁的基底，長期在果汁界佔有重要地位。 |
