Abstract

臺灣農業的發展歷程，一直非常重視生產技術，也確實樹立臺灣農業技術精良的國際形象。然而，生產供應端不斷的努力提升農產品的出貨品質，無法確保消費端的到貨品質，中間有許多節點，包括採收前管理、採收後處理、冷鏈、物流等，缺一不可，才能滿足消費者對於產品新鮮、安全的需求。因此，農委會自109年啟動「農產品冷鏈保鮮產銷價值鏈核心技術優化」計畫，在生產技術的基礎之上，再強化從農場到餐桌的階段作為，即採收後保鮮處理串聯冷鏈物流的相關環節，以提升到貨品質，協助拓展市場。 In order to promote guava export capability to United States of America and improve guava quality, TARI published the handbook for assisting guava export supply chain stakeholders. The handbook includes production management, pest and disease management, harvest and postharvest technologies, criteria for pesticides application and maximum residue limits of target market countries, quarantine treatment process of exported fruit, customs clearance and cold chain logistics, market situation and consumer education
