Abstract: | 銀葉粉蝨Bemisia argentifolii Bellows & Perring顯著影響胡瓜瓜實產量。卵形捕植瞞族群於網室胡瓜上依銀葉粉蝨而存活及增殖,對銀葉粉蝨族群的抑制效果與化學防治間無差異;天敵釋放區之胡瓜產量(324.56 kg/0.01 ha)為對照區(186.08 kg/0.01 ha)的1.74 倍。建議銀葉粉蝨初遷至胡瓜植株,或粉蝨成蟲密度達10隻/株時,即釋放卵形捕植蟎成蟎(7 隻/株或14 隻/株),可獲致較佳的抑制銀葉粉蝨之效果,並確保胡瓜產量。接種釋放卵形捕植蟎可顯著降低銀葉粉蝨族群密度,若配合施用選擇性的化學藥劑,將可建立完整的銀葉粉蝨綜合管理模式。 The silverleaf whitefly Bemisia argentifolii Bellows & Perring (SLWF) reduced the fruitage yield of cucumber. Amblyseius ovalis suppressed SLWF population density on cucumber and it showed the same degree of effectiveness as chemical measures. The cucumber yields were higher on A. ovalis released plots (324.56 kg / 0.01 ha) than no predators released plots (186.08 kg / 0.01 ha) We released A. ovalis 7 adults / plant or 14 adults/plant and achieved a better suppression on SLWF density and a higher yield of cucumber fruitage. Inoculative release of A. ovalis increase the cucumber yield, so did the measures of integrating predator releases and selected pesticide. We conclude that A. ovalis can be adopted for integrated control of SLWF with carefully selected pesticides. |
