Keywords: | 甘藷;育種;產量試驗;區域試驗;sweet potato;breeding;yield trial;regional trial | Issue Date: | Dec-2020 | Publisher: | 農業試驗所 | Journal Issue: | 107 | Start page/Pages: | 69-74 | Source: | 雜糧作物試驗研究年報 | Abstract: | 本試驗為期選育豐產、質優之鮮食用及食品加工用新品種,採用人工及多向雜交方法育種,並按實生系選拔之育種程序進行。本年度多向雜交共採收雜交種子約20 萬粒,人工雜交三組合共採收種子4,271 粒,實生系選拔得春夏作40 品系,秋裡作120 品系;在品系產量比較試驗方面,春夏作第一年組共選16 個優良品系,秋裡作第一年組選出20 個優良品系,以進行第二年組之產量比較之試驗,春夏作及秋裡作第二年組分別選出5 個及6 個優良品系。 The purpose of this breeding program was to develop new sweet potato varieties with high yield and good quality for table-used and processing-used purpose, we adopted artificial cross and polycross to select new lines, the result are summarized as follow: a total of 204,271 hybrids seeds were obtained from polycross and artificial cross during Oct. 2018 to Feb.2019 through seedling selection, 40clones for spring planting and 120 clones for fall planting were selected from 10,000 and 80,000 hybrid seedling respectively. Among the entries in primary yield trials, 16 clones and 20 clones were selected for the spring and fall planting, and those lines are all superior to the check variety in root yield potential as well as taste and agronomic characters. Among the entries in advanced yield trial, 5 clones for the spring planting and 6 clones for the fall planting were selected for high fresh root yield potential and good quality. |
