Keywords: | 大豆;黑豆;地方品種;光不敏感;純系選種;soybean;black soybean;breeding | Issue Date: | Dec-2020 | Publisher: | 農業試驗所 | Journal Issue: | 107 | Start page/Pages: | 97-100 | Source: | 雜糧作物試驗研究年報 | Abstract: | 本場蒐集宜蘭三星及花蓮豐濱地區之黑豆地方品種族群皆有日長不敏感特性,能適應宜蘭及花蓮地區主要為春作栽培之特性。本研究利用純系選種篩選宜蘭地方品種黑豆(ILB)18 品系、花蓮地方品種黑豆(STB)20 品系,以期使兩地方品種抗倒伏、成熟一致、豐產等特性。結果顯示宜蘭地方品種黑豆ILB10、ILB11、ILB16 及ILB17 具高度倒伏抗性且兼具較高產量,預估產量皆超過2000 kg/ha,ILB11 及ILB16 兩品系在秋作生育期較短;花蓮地方品種黑豆STB08、STB15 及STB19 具有中度倒伏抗性且具較高的預估產量,分別為2654.3kg/ha、2545.7 kg/ha 與2921.7 kg/ha。 The purpose of this breeding program is to develop new soybean varieties with high yield and resistance to diseases to reduce the cost of production and to stabilize farmer's income. The results in 2018 were summarized as follows: (1) A total of 347 F1 hybrid seeds were obtained from 12 new cross combinations. (2) In the propagation and selection trails, bulk and SSD method were applied to propagation F2-F6 generations, and 288 superior single plants of F6 generations were selected. (3) In the plants-to-row trial, 41 promising strains with good performance were selected. (4) The line yield trial showed better performance with TS07-03S, TS06-23S, TS06-08S, TS05-10S, TS07-16B and TS06-28B, and the yield was higher than that of the check variety. (5) In the regional yield trial of soybean, TS04-37B and TS04-09S were higher yield than check variety. |
